Making Everyday Tasks Effortless
NDIS Services
I bring seven years of experience across mental health, disability and NDIS-related services. My roles have included mental health support work, one-to-one disability support, creating and coordinating day programs, and mentoring support workers.
My approach is person-centred and strengths-based. I believe support should recognise each person’s dignity, choices, capabilities and goals not only the challenges they face.
My areas of professional experience
· Psychosocial support, emotional awareness and practical approaches to everyday challenges.
· Developing confidence, independence, routines and everyday life skills.
· Communication, social connection, community access and participation.
· Creative and expressive programs supporting engagement, confidence and connection.
· Cooking, nutrition, hospitality and barista training designed to develop transferable skills, meaningful participation and pathways towards paid work and greater financial independence.
· Movement, mindfulness and wellbeing activities where appropriate to the agreed service.
· Individual goal tracking, progress notes and collaboration with families, case managers and allied health professionals.
· Leading programs, supporting multidisciplinary teams and mentoring support workers.
Experience across different settings
I have coordinated structured day programs for an NDIS providers and supported people in community and home settings, including work with First Nations participants. My experience includes programs combining practical learning, social inclusion and vocational developmen.
