Workplace & Business Counselling

Communication, workplace relationships and professional change

Difficult professional relationships, competing expectations, burnout and periods of change can affect wellbeing both at work and at home. Counselling provides a confidential space to explore your experience, understand interpersonal dynamics and consider constructive options.

Areas of support

· Workplace stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion and burnout.

· Conflict with colleagues, managers or teams.

· Communication, boundaries, feedback and difficult conversations.

· Confidence, leadership challenges and professional identity.

· Career transitions, change, workload pressures and work–life balance.

Experience that informs my approach

My background includes qualifications in management and leadership and experience coordinating programs for an NDIS provider, leading and mentoring staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This gives me practical insight into professional responsibilities, team communication and workplace relationships beyond the counselling room.
