Find Your Path Forward

Practical, Solution-Focused & Integrative Counselling

Elena Musso Paludan | ACA Registered Counsellor

I believe counselling should go beyond understanding our experiences to finding practical solutions that make a difference in everyday life. My focus is on the present, identifying opportunities for change and developing strategies that support wellbeing and meaningful progress.

With seven years of experience in mental health and disability services, I offer a person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed approach tailored to individual needs.

My multidisciplinary studies include Expressive Therapies, Fine Arts, sports coaching, yoga, business management and leadership. I draw on this diverse education to incorporate creative expression, mindfulness and body-awareness practices alongside evidence-informed counselling techniques.

Together, we can find practical ways forward that reflect your needs, strengths and goals.

‍ How I can support you

· Women - Adolescent girls & Life Transitions: identity, independence, life decisions, changing roles and relationships.

· Stress & Anxiety: emotional overwhelm, stress management, coping strategies and greater self-awareness.

· Relationships & Conflict Resolution: communication, boundaries, recurring disagreements and healthier ways of relating.

· Grief & Loss: bereavement, caregiving, separation and other significant life changes.

· Workplace & Business Counselling: work-related stress, professional relationships, conflict and career transitions.

· NDIS Services: person-centred support informed by seven years of experience in mental health and disability services.

· Integrative Counselling & Expressive Therapies: Combining evidence-informed counselling with expressive therapies, mindfulness, breath-work, somatic awareness and traditional sound-based practices using Himalayan singing bowls. This approach offers alternative ways to explore emotions, develop self-awareness and experience mindfulness, particularly for those who find traditional talk therapy or meditation challenging.
